Help Traci and Family with Medical Expenses

My name is Ashleigh Hart. I set this fundraiser up for Traci’s family. Her son Chase’s story is below. They need all the help and prayers in the world. Chase has a little girl named Harper and a one year old baby, River, after medical bills are paid, which now total over $1M the remaining money raised will go to support Harper and Baby River. Chase is currently on life support and his kidneys and liver are failing. Please, even a little can go a long way for them. On Dec. 3rd, Chase was complaining of a severe headache, the following morning woke up vomiting. On Sunday the 5 th, his girlfriend called 911, he was vomiting blood and not very coherent. He was transferred To Central Florida Regional Hospital (do not recommend) and was treated for gi bleed, pneumonia, high blood sugar, and became Sepsis. His body wasn’t maintaining potassium or calcium levels as well. He was disoriented at times, but other times very confused. They discharged him, (this is a whole another story) when he shouldn’t have been. 3:30 am Saturday, he couldn’t urinate and still very confused, his sister took him back to the same hospital, they cathed him and drain small amounts and removed it and said to follow up with an urologist the following Monday. My poor boy didn’t, make it. He was transported by ambulance to south Seminole Orlando hospital, close to death, his bladder had two and 1/2 times of urine that a normal body can hold. Monday morning they had to ventilate him, and his central nervous system wasn’t responding the way it should. They suspected metabolic poisoning, but still he was having fevers, they did every protocol. This Wednesday they noticed swelling on brain, and was transferred to ormc neuro icu. Yesterday, he suddenly started to decline, so emergency shunt placed in head to reduce swelling, and full life support. As of today, he is still not responding. They have sent off all his fluids to Mayo Clinic, he has a severe infection and not sure which one it is. Please continue to pray, we are going day by day. Much love to all.
