Help Tracy Donovan Reclaim Her Beloved Animals

Tracy Donovan is known by many for her stanch defense of those who dedicate their lives to their animals and against fanatics who would seize those beloved animals for their own gain. When these zealots were successful, the animals were forced into unimaginable conditions that tore the hearts from their owners. Still Tracy was there demanding those animals be returned to their homes where they would be safe, fed, protected and loved.

What few do not know is Tracy was fighting her own battles with zealots who would remove every animal from human contact until all pets are dead. A local PETA style group has harassed Tracy for the last 20 years, forcing her to move multiple times to find peace from their attacks which included notes left on her door demanding they be allowed to inspect her home and interfering with a kennel license hearing which ended in a denial of the license.

Twice Tracy was woken to the sound of her home being invaded. The first time, nothing was found after a day of ransacking. The second time, July of this year, she woke to find her beloved animals being carted to vans. What followed is an all too familiar story of lies, broken promises, obscenely inflated bonds and animals, that should have never been taken from their homes, being killed.

Tracy has paid for her own defense through all of this but even working long hours is no longer enough to fight an organization with virtually unlimited funds. She only has enough to pay for bonds for half her animals and is not allowed to choose which animals. She has an attorney to defend her criminal trial and hopes to have him for her civil as well but fears she cannot afford it. The hold the fanatics have on her local government is so strong she fears the only way to get any kind of justice is to take her case to the federal courts – which will take a lot more money.
