Help Tracy & Gary rebuild after fire

Hi, my name is Tracy Baker. I am creating this gofundme for my family. On Wednesday, June 30th, we had an electrical fire start in my daughter’s bedroom in our house. During the fire, we lost one of our dogs, Ruger, he was a German Shepherd. We were lucky that my husband was able to get our other dog out and save him while he was actively seizing from smoke inhalation. A firefighter found our kitten, Pixel in the kitchen, with no injuries. Our other cat, Tigger, we thought we had lost to the fire, but my husband found him hiding in the basement under our bed in the box spring. While we were waiting to have the windows boarded up, our house started smoking, and we had to have the fire department come back out. We had three additional hot spots in the roof that were actively smoldering and could have gone up at any moment. They sprayed an additional 500 gallons of expansion foam on the room to prevent any additional hot spots from forming. At this point, we do not know how long it will be before we are able to move back in to our home. We are asking for anything that can help offset the expenses we are incurring while we wait to find out what our next steps are. As you can imagine, we lost all of our clothing, everyday items, food, medicines, and so on. As we currently are staying in a hotel, we are taking it day by day. We will try to update everyone once we know more.
