Help Tranquil Solutions Counseling Center Rebuild

During this week's storm, the center of Downingtown Borough was overtaken by flooding from the Brandywine River, devastating local homes and businesses. One of the businesses that received severe damage was Tranquil Solutions Counseling Center (TSCC) which is located right in the center of town. TSCC has been serving the Mental and Behavioral Health needs of Downingtown and the surrounding community since 2017. As a result of the extreme flooding, TSCC's offices were flooded with over 4 feet of water, causing major damage to the interior and its contents. Most of this damage will not be covered by insurance and much of the interior will need to be gutted, rebuilt, and office furniture and equipment replaced to return it to a comfortable place for individuals and families to get the support that they need.

TSCC is independently owned and run by Mindy Bell, MA LPC; who has been a dedicated mental health professional in Downingtown for over 10 years. Mindy is a caring and generous woman who is the first one to step up and help when others are in need, whether it's in a professional or personal capacity. Now Mindy needs our help to get TSCC back up and running so that its counselors and staff can continue to provide services to their clients on-sight as soon as possible.
