Breast reduction top surgery

Hello, I’m Jude. I’m a trans masc twenty one year old facing extensive dysphoria as well as major back issues such as scoliosis and it has been a waking nightmare for me in my day to day life. The mental and physical strain is surmounting and I don’t know how much longer I’ll be able to function without getting the proper medical care I need. Due to not having the funds to carry out breast reduction/ top surgery (I am still deciding. It costs around the same amount and I’m still figuring out my gender identity in relation to my body) I cannot afford to pay for this alone but it is crucial I get the ball rolling. For context I live in a one bedroom apartment with a roommate and take quarters in the living room. I am 17k in debt from being hospitalized twice in the beginning of the new year. I am walking a very thin rope right now and see this as one of the necessities for me to continue living. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you for reading!
