Help trans woman afford bottom surgery

Hi, I'm Ava. It took me a while to feel comfortable doing this but I really could use all the help I can get, I would appreciate anything at all if you can find it.

I struggle to work due to disability, and while I am on disability benefits now, they really aren't enough to get what I need. Due to the UK's awful healthcare, especially concerning trans care, I don't have any prospects for bottom surgery in a reasonable time so I plan to get surgery in Thailand, the details on which surgeon I'll go to aren't clear yet (if anyone has any advice for that, I'd appreciate that too) but this is the best shot I've got.

My bottom dysphoria is crippling and I don't feel like I can move forward with my life and feel whole without it. Surgery is something I'm certain I need, sooner rather than later.

Any amount of money will help me towards this goal, It'll help me afford surgery and possibly have savings left over for financial safety after the fact.
