help transgender stuck in a transit country

I am a transgender man who lives in a very anti-lgbtq and anti-women country. from a young age i've felt as though i didn't belong in my body, and that the body i am in isn't my own. At first, i didn't understand why i felt this strong emotion, but once i got older i knew that i was a trans man. i live in a very homophobic, transphobic and abusive household. my dad, who is paranoiasis , is un medicated and is extremely hostile towards me since he's a misogynist. He's also very violent, i've suffered from head injuries. broken teeth from how severe his beatings are. I confided in my mother and brother with how i feel and how i'm trans and now i'm permanently banned from leaving the household, denied food, money and education. i am being threatened by my mother and brother they're forcing me to be almk at a servant to them and agree to everything they say or they'll tell my father who'll definitely kill or in prison me if he found out about my truth. because of this constant abuse i also can't get my diploma and haven't finished highschool this has been going on on for years i haven't gone to school/uni for years. i've been accused of being a "sinner" for this "perversion" and multiple stuff which will be deathly for me, if the authorities were ever to be contacted, which they probably will if i stay here, i've been emotionally and physically abused and i need to get out before it's too late for me. Please help me get out...

I'm now outside my country and that's all because of you and your support. thank you from the bottom of my heart... now I'm stuck in a transit country called Rwanda and I'm trying to still alive sand survive because I don't have food ... please stand with me to stay alive and get out from here soon... thanks to everyone who helped me ... I was able to get out of my country because of your help and support. Thank you for the help that you offered me.  Help is needed here to support through my asylum. The costs and support I need in the transit country so that I don’t get homeless, because I will not be able to get any help or support while processing my asylum claim..so that's why I need your help. I need you to stand by me. Thank you.
