Help treat Andrew Lahay's ÇANCER

This Go Fund Me page is on behalf of my good  friend Andrew Lahay. We are raising funds to help him financially to get through the cancer he currently has in his neck. If you know Andrew well, you may have known he has already beat cancer in 2003 but has returned almost 3.5 years ago. He found a lump by his shoulder and saw his doctor where is was determined to surgically remove the enlarged lymph node. After doing so, the surgeon called him in shortly after on New Years Eve day of all days to inform him that the lymph node was cancerous and the rest of the tumour was to extensive to remove and treatment would be again necessary. After going to oncology and switching doctors there, he was then told to ‘wait and see’ before using any of the allotted treatments funded by the governments health care system. This of course would be very upsetting not only a regular person but more so to a cancer survivor and has been forced to live with the stress, the effects, and also having to watch and feel it grow. Andrew has done a lot to do his part to stay healthy to keep the cancer at bay as long as he can by running and cutting out some foods and sugars to stay healthy for his 2 young children and continue to work to support them. Lately, it has started to slow him down and the pain seems to be getting worse especially after working. Andrew has grown interested in an alternative form to combat and to keep the cancer at bay. It would definitely be the better choice as radiation would most likely destroy his teeth as well as lose his taste buds, and he expressed that he would still want to eat steak and taste his home brew beer creations so this radiation treatment to him would be the very last resort. The natural treatment is legal but does cost quite a bit of money and that is why I am setting up this page for him. He will need 3 times the amount because he had chemotherapy and it will take more to do its job properly. Depending on timing of it all the first initial round may be the only one the he needs help with funding which will be $7000 in total.
