Help Trela Greek Kitchen Open in Portland

        We are Napoleon and Anthony Tzakis, Emmett Fraser and Jordan Johnson, four friends held together by our Greek heritage and our shared passion for the culinary arts and restaurant industry. We are eager to open Tréla Greek Kitchen and Taverna, a restaurant to honor our roots and enrich the Portland Dining Scene. Our mission is to bring traditional Greek Cuisine, with an emphasis on locally sourced ingredients, to the Portland community. Our venue, located at NE 60th and Glisan will provide a cultural and culinary hub for all communities in the area. We will prioritize sourcing fresh, locally grown ingredients. 

Tréla is on the brink of opening its doors, and after three years of delays due to the Pandemic, we are increasingly closer to bringing our dream to fruition. We humbly ask for your generous support to make our vision a reality. Funds raised will go to the final phases of building out the space, as material and labor costs have inflated drastically since we started this project. We are aiming to preserve as much of the original building as possible. With your support, we will remodel the space to create an environment that blends the history of Greek families in the area with the vibrant energy of Portland.
