Help Tricia Save a Neglected Freeway Dog

My name is Tricia and we found a small dog on the I 17 freeway in Phoenix, Arizona on Sunday, January 5th. She is old, partially blind and malnourished. Her hair is extremely matted. Her nails are very long. She has not been well cared for in quite some time. We are asking for donations to get her vaccinations up-to-date, get her groomed and find her a forever home.
