Help Trinity Recover from Motorcycle Accident
Donation protected
My name is Trinity Hawthorne.
I am 20 years young.
This morning, I got into a freak accident while on the way to Austin, TX.
My motorcycle death wobbled out from under me and I crashed right in the middle of I-10 freeway. I had the bike fall on me and turned to look at the traffic behind me that was headed my way to see a semi-truck 100 ft from hitting me and the motorcycle. I quickly rushed to get up and get out of the way, only to then collapse to the floor from excruciating pain from my right leg.
The semi-truck smashed into my motorcycle right in front of me. As I watched my motorcycle get destroyed, my life flashed before my eyes. I am holding my hand out to the oncoming traffic. Stop! Stop!! I was hopeless for a second... hoping someone would see me….
I am now in the hospital. Having to stay the night because my leg is broken and I need mandatory surgery in the morning to put my leg back together so I don’t dislocate my knee.
I just found out that I will also need to come back for another surgery in 2 weeks so they can put metal in my leg to attach my tibia and fibula back together.
This is a huge setback guys. As many of you may know, I am a server at Cracker Barrel, saving up money to build out a skoolie (home on wheels/rv/living space). Now that I am disabled for 2-7 months from a leg injury, I will not be able to serve tables.
This accident totaled my bike.
It ruined my belongings.
It gave me huge medical bills.
It left me jobless.
All the money I have saved up for the bus is now going to the hospital for my surgery for my knee.
The recovery process is detailed and I need all the help I can get with this. I have never done this kind of thing but I am asking for y’all’s help so I can pay these medical bills/lost bike/lost job. Please donate anything you can. Please pray for me. Please send me love. I need all the help I can get.
