Help Trish take the load off her medical bills

We are raising funds for our fellow Labor and Delivery family. Trish was diagnosed with cancer this week. She could use help with medical bills while being off work and starting chemo. If you are able to donate please do. If not send prayers and good vibes for a speedy recovery and peace during this trying time.

Thank you all for the prayers and continued support. This past week I felt very ill, had not been able to keep any fluids in me and finally yesterday, I caved and went to the local ED.

I received some fluids, pain meds and won myself a CT scan of my abdomen. Upon getting those results, I was transferred to Riverside, via medic, admitted and into the OR for emergency surgery to remove a blockage in my colon, biopsy my liver and to gain a fancy ileostomy bag.

Along with the blockage in my large colon, it seems I have a mass (cancer) in my small intestines.

I was looking forward to not working my summer away. I usually find myself picking up shifts and not enjoying any fun me time. Now I won’t be working but I can’t say Chemo will be fun. Nor the following surgeries to come.

So keep praying my prayer warriors. I could use all the prayers I can get, my boys too. I have been saved by God’s grace and fully turn it over to my lord and savior.
