Help Tux Overcome Paralysis and Vet Bills

Hi,

I'm raising money for my dog Tux and his vet bills along with his physical therapy.

I took my healthy 4 year old dog to an animal hospital/boarding place last week, to stay for 3 nights only… when I picked him up 3 days later, he was paralyzed and couldn’t walk or even stand up.

Doctors say he may never walk again. This unprofessional animal boarding place gave us ZERO explanation to what happened and pretty much threw us to the curb… literally! I was sitting outside on the curb with my paralyzed dog, trying to find where to bring him and what to do. He pooped on himself and everything because he can’t control or feel his bladder or bowels now. They didn’t care at all and just all left the office, one by one, stepping over us on the curb as they walked to their car to go home. I’m left stranded there, no help, with my paralyzed dog, defecating on himself…

Please help, I need to share this story so no one ever gets treated this way again. People need to be aware of this place. Now I’m left with over $7,500 in vet bills and they keep going! Still no answers!

It’s so sad, he still has his entire life ahead of him. He still tries to get up and walk like normal but his body won’t let him. His brain still hasn’t adjusted, it’s like he doesn’t want to submit to his condition and knows he will walk again. Such good boy and loyal dog. I’ll never give up on him, no matter what. He will overcome this! He is a fighter and won’t take NO for an answer!
