Help Twin Babies and Family Rebuild After the Eaton Fire
Donation protected
My name is Mackenzie, and I’m reaching out on behalf of Whitney and her husband, Farisai, who recently lost everything in the Eaton Fire sweeping through Altadena. They are parents to three-month-old twin babies. This past November, they moved into a rental home in Altadena, excited to begin a new chapter—but tragically, the fire destroyed that home, taking all of their belongings and baby essentials.
Why They Need Your Help
This young family is now without housing or everyday necessities—especially for caring for newborn twins. Your support can make a significant impact as they work to regain stability and rebuild their lives.
The Unexpected Insurance Issue
Whitney and Farisai had previously been covered by State Farm, but their fire insurance was canceled when State Farm stopped offering coverage in their area. They were in the process of securing a new policy, but before they could finalize it, the fire struck. Now, they have no insurance safety net to rely on.
Your Kindness Makes a Difference
Losing a home is heartbreaking under any circumstance, and caring for two infants intensifies the challenges they face. Contributions of any amount will help bring them closer to reclaiming a sense of normalcy.
If you’re unable to donate, please consider sharing this GoFundMe page. Spreading the word can help reach others who may also be able to lend support.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for any and all support. Every gesture of kindness provides hope and the strength for them to move forward.
With gratitude,
Mackenzie, on behalf of my cousin’s family
