HELP ME AND MY Family SURVIVE THE WAR IN GAZA

I am Samar Hijazi, a visual artist from Gaza City. I live with my family, my father, my mother, and my younger sister. I studied my university major and aspired to work in it, but I had no luck. I changed my path to art and drawing because I found myself in it. I painted many paintings. I was very happy. In this field, my life was very beautiful and full of love, life, art and music. I was a young woman who loved life like any human being who loves life. My father is an old man and suffers from chronic hypertension. My mother is a sick woman who suffers from chronic heart disease. We are suffering very much to provide her with treatment. Despite that, we were a happy family and I took care of them and was always by their side, until the war came to Gaza, we were displaced from our homes, and everything was destroyed.

We have become suffering many times over. We see death every second. We move from place to place because of the intense bombing and death that accompanies us every second. Now we live in a tent on the street, in the intense heat and lack of water and food. I miss my home, my city, and returning to it very much. Do not ignore my story. Help us. In order to survive the war on Gaza, help us so that I can return to my life and practice my art. Help us and donate to us so that life can return to us, even if it is a simple thing. In the end, I tell you: It is not necessary to be a Muslim in order to defend Palestine, it is enough to be a human being.. ✌️
