Help Two Gay Girls Safely Move to Michigan

Hi, hello, and happy pride month! My name is Juno Stump. I am a PR specialist, as well as a journalist .

You may have read my work. I've written a lot about video games and pop culture, but often through an interesting lens by incorporating the queer and trans experiences I have as a woman who is lesbian and trans.

Anyways, I'll cut to the chase. Literally lmaooo -- the gay and trans chase.

My gay/cisgender wife and I (her name is Becca, and she's so pretty) have been together since we were both 16 years old, we got married when we were both 25, and then I transitioned when we were both 30, which only brought us even closer than we already were, because we've always been two gay girls.

However it's become increasingly unsafe for not only our marriage and relationship (lol we have to pretend we're "just friends" when we get groceries or run errands, and have STILL had people hate crime us, non-violently, thankfully, but still -- not fun!), but also for me, just ... as a person and human being, because of how transphobic Oklahoma has been with legislation, with several near-successful attempts to ban my public existence, medication, and other dangerous laws ... so we've been working on saving up money to move to Michigan for the last 2 years.

We have a little money saved up -- despite our move date being before the end of June 2024 -- but we need to figure out a few more things before the upcoming move, and we still need a few thousand more dollars, to ensure we can safely and successfully make the 950+ mile move across the country.
