Help two Nonbiney Lesbians afford an apartment!

As many of y’all know (esp. close friends) Alix and I have separately struggled with housing insecurity for some odd 10 years to the point of desperation, and while this last year has been easier for me personally, it’s been even harder on Alix to the point that we feel that we're beginning to run out of time; them currently suffering highly tense and abusive living situation that's taking a mental and physical toll on them.

I, myself, am a disabled, low-income SWer (for the moment) but Alix has the opportunity at a really great job that would mean stability for both of us, especially until I can find better work. The issue is that it would require a significant move (4 hours for Alix and 8+ for myself), and the job does not offer relocation assistance, so we need help SPECIFICALLY with the cost of moving and apartment fees. (Gas money, Down payment + pet fees, Moving truck, etc.)

This is our chance at creating a life for ourselves for the first time in nearly a decade and, really, most of our adult lives. An apartment together that's just our own, and a safe haven AWAY from their abuse. We’re hoping with Pride month this process might go a little easier so… while this isn't easy for either of us, it IS necessary.
