Help Tyler get a wheelchair accessible van

Hello my name is Maria, and I am a Certified nurse aid (CNA) to this bright and empathetic young man named Tyler Clark. I have had the pleasure of working for him and his family for six years now. He is a senior in college trying to earn his business degree online at Purdue Global University. When Tyler was seven years old he started to show signs of muscle weakness. Later, on that year he was diagnosed with muscular dystrophy. As the years went, his MD progressed and he got weaker, which led him to being wheelchair bound. Over the past three years, we have tried to help him become more active by helping him go to more fun outings and attend appointments. Although, it is possible for him to get out without an accessible vehicle it can be a difficult task physically and a lengthy process. When we are able to rent an accessible vehicle we have to spend almost $200 a day, which is absolutely ridiculously. Having the funds to purchase an accessible vehicle would help him attend much needed health appointments, make it easier on others wanting to help him get out more, and ultimately it would help him become more independent.
