Help UC Berkeley Reach Space!

We are Berkeley's Liquid Spaceshot Team aiming to be the first collegiate organization to send a liquid bi-propellant rocket past the Karman Line a.k.a. space!
This December, we successfully launched our first liquid-powered rocket, Eureka-1! Eureka-1's engine Lightbulb, which runs on liquid propane and liquid oxygen, was able to burn for ~13 seconds. With this, Eureka-1 was able to hit an altitude of 12,000 ft. Since August, we also successfully hotfired our PID controlled electronic pressure regulator (E-Reg), making us one of two collegiate teams to integrate this technology. Following a failed recovery of Eureka-1, we ask for your financial support to purchase new parts in the development of Eureka-2 and Eureka-3.
Following the launch of Eureka-1, we plan to learn from our mistakes and develop new technologies. SEB plans to build a more powerful engine for our flagship rocket: Eureka-3. E-3 will be the rocket that will take SEB and Berkeley past the stratosphere and into the stars, with the integration of new technologies such as E-Reg.
We want to prove to the world that reaching space is more feasible than ever before, to be the first non-governmental/non-corporate liquid-fuelled organization to send something into space, and in doing so inspire others to take an interest in space!
