Help Uncle Johnny rebuild the bathroom for safety
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Heather and I am fundraising for my Uncle Johnny Cummings to have his bathroom fixed. The small house was built in 1951 and has not had updates to the single bathroom. The floor has rotted and separated from the supports making it unsafe to use. We would like my uncle to remain in his home as long as he is able to care for himself, but he must have a safe working bathroom to do so. Thankfully, Bay Hundred Community Volunteers is helping to spearhead this project. We must raise $5,000 to move forward with the repairs.
My uncle is a retired disabled waterman who has been a resident of Tilghman his entire life. He is the remaining elder for our family and we want to ask our extended family, friends, and community to help us make his bathroom safe and useable. If you feel compelled to help us bless him, your donation can be made via this gofundme or by sending a check with the memo line, "Donation for John Cummings Bathroom Project" directly to:

If you send in a check please notify me so I can update or goal tracker. We are also grateful to any other community organizations that would be willing to contribute to this effort. No donation is too small! Just think five people who donate $20 can get us to $100 in no time.
