Aiuta Uolli per la sua top surgery

Ciao! Sono Uolli abito a Roma e vi chiedo di partecipare a questa raccolta fondi per accelerare i tempi della mia top surgery.

Mi presento a partire da questa storia:

15 anni fa (alla veneranda età di 24 anni) durante un corso ci era stato chiesto di raccontare in uno stop motion qualcosa della nostra infanzia.

Con carta e pennarelli produssi questo video, allora non sapevo bene cosa fosse una persona trans, era 15 anni fa e non se ne parlava molto; ancora non avevo ricomposto i pezzi del puzzle che mi avrebbero portato a essere chi sono oggi.

L'ho ritrovato in un hard disk qualche mese fa. Ho provato molta tenerezza perché inconsapevolmente e con molta semplicità avevo rappresentato un bambino alla ricerca del suo amico cane. L’avevo montato e riguardato più volte senza realizzare come mi stavo rappresentando.

Passiamo gran parte della vita a cercare di capire chi siamo, a cercarci e a conoscerci meglio... per qualcun questa strada è tortuosa e piena di ostacoli, semplicemente perché può passare molto tempo prima di incontrare qualcun che gli assomigli.

Vi invito a partecipare a questo crowdfounding per accelerare i tempi della mia top surgery per la quale altrimenti dovrei aspettare come minimo altri due/tre anni.

Sono una persona che ci mette molto tempo e riflessioni per prendere delle decisioni e stavolta vorrei prendermi il lusso di fare adesso questo cambiamento, una scelta che so aumenterà di molto la qualità della mia vita.

Ad amic* e alle persone che ho incontrato e che riceveranno questo messaggio, grazie per esserci, grazie per i pezzetti di strada che abbiamo percorso assieme e per essere un pezzo importante di questo mosaico in divenire.

Hello! I introduce myself starting with this story:

15 years ago (at the age of 24) during a class we had been asked to tell in a stop motion something about our childhood.

With paper and markers I produced this video, at the time I didn't really know what a trans person was, it was 15 years ago and it wasn't talked about much; I still hadn't put together the puzzle pieces that would lead me to be who I am today.

I found this video in a hard drive a few months ago. I felt a lot of tenderness because unknowingly and very simply I had represented a child dressed in blue searching for his dog friend. I had edited and rewatched it several times without realizing how I was representing myself.

We spend a large part of our lives trying to figure out who we are, looking for ourselves and getting to know ourselves better...for someone this road is winding and full of obstacles, simply because it may pass a long time before we meet someone who looks like them.

I invite you to participate in this crowdfunding to speed up the time of my top surgery for which I would otherwise have to wait at least another two/three years.

I am a person who takes a lot of time and thought to make decisions and this time I would like to make this change now, a choice that I know will greatly increase the quality of my life.
