We need your help! Urban Greens Co-op Market is the only grocery store in Providence’s West End with a mission to provide healthy and affordable products to the community. Ramifications from COVID-19, supply chain disruptions, and unprecedented inflationary pressures have led to financial challenges for the Co-op. We now need an infusion of cash to get to a place of greater stability. Please donate to Urban Greens to help rebuild critical working capital funds. ABOUT US: Urban Greens opened in 2019, just 8 months before the pandemic with the Mission to be open to all and support the health and well-being of our customers by offering nutritious, affordable food that is sustainably sourced, culturally inclusive, and supportive of local food.

We are incredibly proud of what we have achieved in this short (and chaotic!) time: we’ve built countless relationships to support community needs; we serve hundreds of families in need each month through our "Co-op Basics" line of affordable groceries, further discounts through our Food For All program, and donations to charitable organizations. We source products from over 90 different local and regional producers.
We need your help to continue this work and strengthen our operations. With your support, we can continue to maintain good jobs for over 35 people, provide a marketplace for local suppliers and community members, and strengthen our local neighborhood economy. Please donate today!
