We are the proud Formula Student Team, University Racing Eindhoven (URE), from the Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e), a group of passionate engineers and drivers who are working on the future of motorsport. As the largest student team at TU/e, we've dedicated ourselves to pushing the boundaries of innovation and speed.

Our team is facing a setback as our LiDAR sensor, a vital component of our autonomous racing system, has unexpectedly broken down. Despite our best efforts, it is beyond repair, leaving us in a position where we need your support to get back on track.

Why is the LiDAR sensor so crucial? It's the eyes of our machine, enabling precise navigation, obstacle detection, and data collection essential for optimizing our vehicle's performance. Without a functioning LiDAR sensor, we are not able to compete in our upcoming Formula Student competitions, hindering our chance to maintain our standing as one of the top Formula Student teams in the world.

Good to know:

*Driving the car depends upon ensuring its safety and assessing its current state, both electronically and mechanically. We reserve the right to restrict or deny driving based on safety considerations and the overall condition of the vehicle. Additionally, you need a valid government issued driver's license for passenger cars containing a photograph to be eligible to drive the car. Lastly you should be able to fit in the car. Taller people (over 1,9m) or those with long legs may face some challenges or not fit at all.
