On Sunday 15th May, we had left our food van to do the three last home games of Everton and Liverpool at our usual spot at the Phoenix Hotel. Early Wednesday morning we were awoken by a call to inform us, our food van had been burnt out and the Hotel windows had been smashed in a targeted attack, unrelated to us. Unfortunately we are unable to claim our insurance, as it was not in a secure, enclosed compound at the time of the attack. This means we have lost our main source of income for our family.
