Help us evacuate from Gaza

My name is Rawan Abdel Jawad, and I am currently in Gaza City with my husband, Younis, and my two children, Abdullah (6) and Adam (5). I came to you today with an urgent appeal for your help in evacuating Gaza and saving my family. We live in very difficult days full of hunger, thirst, displacement from one place to another, and constant bombing.

Before October 7, we were living a beautiful and safe life, and my children were living their childhood, studying and playing, until my husband lost his job, the war destroyed our house, and my beautiful child, Adam, was injured. I was displaced again and again, fearing for what was left of me, my children, and the prices of everything in Gaza have quadrupled. Currently, Egypt imposes fees of 5,000. 2,500 per adult and 2,500 per child to cross the border. Any funds donated will be used primarily for border fees, gofundme fees and funds to cover the costs of living in Egypt. Your support will give us a chance to live in peace and will also help us rebuild our lives after everything we have been through.
