Help us be with Sadie

*Update (02/12/22) That's Sadie home, all your support over the last four months has been amazing. We are so grateful for your help.

*Update* (18/09/22) Thank you all for your support, you all are amazing. Sadie is one step closer to home and your support has meant we haven't had worry as much. 

As we are so much closer to home now we will be donating anything raised from this point to The Glasgow Children's Hospital Charity, they help and support so many struggling families.

Finally the Neonatal Care (Leave and Pay) Bill is currently making its way through Parliament and if passes will help so many families in the future.

Hi, we are Liam and Hazel, we've set this gofundme up in order to help us be with our daughter as much as possible.

Sadie came into the world on the July 30th at 2.40pm weighing 659 grams (1.4lbs), she was only at a gestation of 24 weeks and 3 days, so was 14/15 weeks early. Sadie is currently in the neonatal intensive care unit at Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, and will be staying there until she is strong enough to be moved or come home.

We asking for funding for travel and expenses, so we can spend as much time with her as possible. Any additional money raised beyond our expenses will be donated to the NICU to help others families and babies in their time of need.
