It is with extreme sadness that we announce the passing of Carlos Antonio yesterday afternoon at the young age of 22 after going under the water in Smithville Lake around 5 p.m.. He will be miss by many of us, we are reaching out to help bring Carlos back to his family in Guerrero,Mexico.
