Help Us Build a Center to Keep Seniors' Minds Active
Donation protected
We are on a mission to delay Alzheimer's Disease, one of the many diseases that destroy social mobility in seniors, robbing them of their memory and comprehensive skills and disabling them to do daily tasks. Our mission is "staying active." Our programs, such as computer classes, field trips, social luncheons, music classes, etc., are already keeping our seniors' minds busy. However, we have a long road ahead to serve inactive adults due to limited resources. There is no cure for Alzheimer's Disease; however, as we age, any of us can be subject to developing it—another way of saying it is "the slow death of the brain." Like physical exercise that pumps blood through our bodies, mental development exercises sustain the mind. As needs grow with more demands, a larger facility and workers are required to meet these needs so that we may accommodate more people. We aim to create a multi-purpose center that operates full-time to provide care and empowerment skills to keep elders active. The GoFundMe Project will provide the necessary funding, and with your support, we will be able to purchase an adequate facility to serve these needs. As in the past, services provided have always been Free of charge to the seniors, and we are striving to keep it that way. Would you support us with a donation of any size? Your gift is greatly appreciated—many thanks for considering my request.
