Help Us Buy the Village Van!

The Village at Ithaca is a youth and family-centered organization in Tompkins

County, New York that addresses systemic injustice through responsive anti-racist programming and services to build an equitable and inclusive community.

One of the ways we ensure that our programs are accessible is by providing transportation! Many of the young people and families who participate in Village programs live outside of Ithaca without access to personal vehicles or other means of reliable public transportation.

The Village at Ithaca van is sadly, no longer able to transport students to activities and appointments. So we're buying a new (to us) van!

Thanks to the generosity of the Triad Foundation and the City Federation of Women's Organizations, we've already raised $11,000! To cover the full cost of the van, registration, and insurance, we need to raise $4,000.
