 I am Abood from Gaza (Rafah) . I will tell you the story and suffering that I me and my family of 8 person have been through since the beginning of the war on 07/10/2023, but it is not like the wars that have passed before, it is still ongoing and we do not know when it will end. In the first months of the war, we stayed in our homes in the city of Rafah, but we were not safe. On 6/5/2024, The occupation displaced us from our home in Rafah city and now we live in a tent in Khan Yunis in tragic conditions. and it's also not safe anywher ,I've lost many friends and relatives, and also my Dad worked hard to build our house for years,There was extensive damage in our house. We have no shelter and we do not know how to compensate for all the losses and how to return to our lives that were destroyed by this war. My family and I suffer from many health problems due to lack of food, malnutrition and the polluted environment we live in that gave us hepatitis.Also, education has stopped completely Because the occupation destroyed all schools and universities, I have 3 sisters who were studying at the university, but the occupation completely destroyed their university and they stopped studying and we in Gaza suffer from high prices. We cannot provide the simplest needs because of the exorbitant prices.There is no gas for cooking and no clean water for drinking.
