Help us continue to compete 2023

Launch Track and Field is a small youth track team on Cape Cod that began in Spring 2022. It is the only youth track team on the Cape. In its first season, 2 youth (Johnny and Joey) qualified and competed in the National Junior Olympics in California. This year in the second Spring season for the team, 5 athletes (Catherine, Joey, Johnny, Jorgette, and Therese) competed at the New England Championships and qualified in 12/15 of their events for Regionals in upstate NY. We just completed regionals and all 5 athletes qualified for Nationals in Oregon in a total of 11 events! Nationals is a week long meet starting July 24th so we need to fundraise fast!

We are trying to extend these awesome kids and amazing athletes every opportunity but it is difficult financially. The cost of travel, accommodations, meet fees, etc. is adding up and unfortunately, we cannot afford to send all 5 athletes. We hate to ask but are reaching out for support to try and send as many athletes as possible. Last year New England and the northeast region had such a small representation at Nationals because of the travel costs. We don’t want finances to be a barrier to these kids competing, representing our area, and reaching their full potential. We would love for them to have a chance to see how they can do on a National Scale. Any help, no matter how small, is appreciated. Thank you all!
