My name is Alessandro Mancini, and I am a Pranic Psychotherapist and Soft Tissue Therapist with years of experience helping people overcome physical, emotional, and mental challenges through the transformative power of Pranic Healing. My journey began in 2016, driven by a desire to help others achieve balance in their lives—and in doing so, I discovered the same for myself. Witnessing the incredible impact of Pranic Healing on myself and those I treated inspired me to dedicate my life to spreading this transformative practice.

In 2023, I founded Path to Pranic Healing Ltd, with the mission of making Pranic Healing accessible to individuals and communities alike. To create this transformative space, we aim to raise £1.75 million, which will cover:

Property Purchase: Securing a 300 sqm space in South West London (£1,300,000).
Renovation Costs: Transforming the property into a state-of-the-art healing and learning centre (£200,000).
Operational Support: Funding the first three years of running costs, including utilities, staff, and community programs (£250,000). This also includes £50,000 to provide financial assistance for students from underserved communities who wish to train in Pranic Healing.

Progressive Priority of the Funds

Our approach to funding prioritization ensures that the community and key initiatives receive immediate support while the larger vision is being built:

First £10,000:

Provide access to therapy programs for underserved members of the community. This will help individuals benefit from Pranic Healing at no cost or at a subsidized rate.

Next £10,000:

Fund scholarships for individuals passionate about learning Pranic Healing, enabling them to become certified healers and give back to the community.

Building to £60,000:

This will cover the first year of support for community therapy programs, ensuring both accessibility and sustainability for those in need.

By prioritizing these funds, we can immediately begin making a positive impact while progressing toward our ultimate goal of establishing the Pranic Healing Centre.

Why We Are Not Renting a Place

Renting a space may seem like a simpler option, but it comes with significant limitations and long-term inefficiencies:

High Annual Costs:

Renting a venue large enough to accommodate therapy rooms, a seminar hall, and community spaces would cost approximately £80,000 to £100,000 per year, excluding operational expenses like utilities, insurance, and maintenance.

Renovation Expenses:

Even in a rented space, we would need to invest around £200,000 to create the specialized facilities required for a healing center. These improvements would ultimately benefit the property owner, not the community.

Lack of Stability:

Leasing agreements can be unpredictable, with potential rent increases or non-renewals, which would jeopardize the continuity of our programs.

Long-Term Vision:

Purchasing a property provides long-term stability, eliminates annual rent expenses, and allows us to invest fully in creating a permanent sanctuary for healing and learning. Over time, ownership is far more cost-effective and sustainable.

This is why our target is to purchase the property outright—to ensure we can create a lasting and impactful center that serves the community for generations to come.
