We’re embarking on a mission to make a tangible difference in North Nashville by creating affordable, transitional housing that serves as a bridge for youth, families, and individuals seeking stability and opportunity. This project, located at in Historical North Nashville, will bring together affordable living spaces with workforce development and youth transition programs to strengthen our community.

The Vision

This initiative will transform a modest 3-bedroom, 2-bath home into a cornerstone of change. With provisionally approved plans, we aim to construct a 4,512 square-foot addition to create 12 new bedrooms or 6 two-bedroom suites. These spaces will serve as affordable housing for families, youth, and students transitioning to independence while providing access to resources like STEM career training, workforce development, and community-building programs.

With rents estimated at $800-$1,200 per room, this project can generate $115,000-$172,000 annually, ensuring self-sustainability and reinvestment in the community.
