We are excited to provide a unique opportunity for 20 deserving student athletes to attend the 2024 Spirit of the Entrepreneur Awards Gala—an inspiring event celebrating excellence in entrepreneurship. This once-in-a-lifetime experience will allow these young leaders to witness and learn from successful entrepreneurs, while also gaining essential life skills in professionalism, etiquette, and community service.

Why This Matters:

Many of these student athletes come from communities where formal events and professional settings may be unfamiliar. Our goal is to not only take them to this prestigious gala but also equip them with the tools to succeed in any future professional environment. By participating, they’ll learn how to present themselves with confidence, how to dress for success, and the importance of giving back to their communities.

What We’re Providing:

Each student athlete will receive the following:

Suit – $150

Shirt – $25

Tie – $10

Shoes – $45

Event Ticket – $135

In addition to attending the gala, the student athletes will participate in a special luncheon where they’ll learn:

How to tie a tie

How to wear and care for formal dress clothes

Essential etiquette when attending formal events

The Path to Participation:

To ensure that each student makes the most of this experience, we’ve set a few important requirements:

Maintain a 2.5 GPA and remain in good standing with their school.

Attend the luncheon, where they’ll receive professional training and guidance.

Volunteer two Sundays to serve their community:

The first Sunday, they’ll pack hygiene items to distribute to individuals who are homeless.

The second Sunday, they’ll pass out food or serve meals to the homeless population.

How You Can Help:

We need your support to make this dream a reality! The total cost to sponsor one student is $365, which covers their formal attire and attendance at the gala. Our goal is to raise enough to take 20 student athletes to this transformative event. By contributing to this cause, you are not only investing in their future but also helping them develop a sense of pride, responsibility, and commitment to their community.
