Hi, my name is Arletha Grayson, and I’m the founder of the G.O.D.M.O.M. Foundation—a faith-based nonprofit committed to supporting individuals who are navigating mental health challenges with dignity, love, and grace.

We are raising $1,500 to complete our 501(c)(3) registration and incorporation, so we can officially operate as a nonprofit and begin offering essential support to those in need. Our ask is for $650 by 05/04/2025 as this is our last date for Formation.

Our Purpose:

The G.O.D.M.O.M. Foundation is grounded in the belief that mental health should be nurtured with compassion and faith, offering holistic services that promote healing in body, mind, and spirit. Our future services include:

✨ Financial assistance for those in crisis

✨ House cleaning for individuals overwhelmed by mental or emotional stress

✨ Self-care kits and wellness support

✨ Nutritious meals for struggling families

✨ And most of all, a loving reminder that they are not alone

Why We Need Your Help:

Starting a nonprofit takes more than just heart—it takes resources. Your donation will help cover:

Legal fees for incorporation

501(c)(3) filing fees with the IRS

Basic startup costs (banking, administrative support, and early outreach)

Once registered, we'll be eligible for grants, corporate partnerships, and tax-deductible donations—allowing us to grow our reach and help more lives.
