Our Mission

With an aim to transform lives and build a stronger, safer community for all. As Street Fathers, our mission is to create a safe, inclusive community where everyone is protected.

Our street engagement initiative is designed to identify at-risk people. Specifically young people and guide them towards positive, life-affirming activities, steering them away from the dangers of gangs and criminal activity.

Who We Are

Street Fathers is a community-based organisation, committed to fostering a sense of security and belonging throughout London and our wider community. Addressing the root causes of gang involvement, and providing essential support. Street Fathers is a program created by Gangs Unite. A family run Alternative Provision dedicated to offering young people viable alternatives to negative influences. We also collaborate with various trusted delivery partners, to provide an array of impactful programs that offer hope and direction to young people.

Our Program

Our street engagement program is the cornerstone of our efforts.

Here’s how it works:

Outreach and Identification: Our trained street engagement teams actively engage with individuals who are vulnerable to gang recruitment and other negative influences. By building trust and rapport over time, we gain a deeper understanding of their needs and challenges.

Alternative Options: Once identified, these young people are introduced to a range of alternative programs. These include educational workshops, vocational training, recreational activities, and mentorship services, all designed to empower them with the skills and confidence needed to make positive choices.

Collaborative Efforts: We work closely with other dedicated partners who share our vision of safer streets and brighter futures. Together, we provide comprehensive support that addresses both immediate needs and long-term goals.
