Help us feed 110 vulnerable kids this Summer!

Hey Everyone, this is Danni!

We have started this GoFundMe to help pay for the summer feeding program for our kids at our house and our nursery school.

During the summer the children are with us full-time, and we feed them three meals a day, 7 days a week. This summer is longer than usual because school was closed early due to elections - so we have almost 3 months of summer break!

In total, we feed 110 children and 26 staff three times a day, every day!

We are having a hard time buying enough food for everyone and we need your help.

Here is a breakdown of what we buy every week:

Maize flour x5 25kg sacks - $75

Rice x3 25kg sacks - $84

Macaroni - $22

Potatoes 32kg - $20

Peanut flour 6kg - $12

Sugar 7kg - $14

Tomato paste 2 boxes - $24

Biscuits 10 boxes - $45

Vegetables weekly - $50

Fruit weekly - $30

Gas - $35

Firewood - $40

Total per week: $550
