Help Us Find Sergey – Lost at Ocean Near Bali
Donation protected
On the night of April 16, 2025, our dear friend Sergey disappeared while out at sea near Amed, on the eastern coast of Bali.
His boat was found the next morning, drifting alone several kilometers offshore — with only his shorts left inside. Sergey was nowhere to be found.
We are devastated, but we are not giving up.
The Search is Active – But We Need Help
Local search teams, divers, and volunteers are doing everything they can.
But the costs are rising quickly. Every day of searching requires:
• Boat rentals
• Drone flights
• Fuel
• Professional divers
• Ground teams and coordination
• Translators and communication with local communities
He Could Still Be Alive
There is a very real possibility that Sergey is still alive.
Strong ocean currents may have carried him far from the original location — potentially to one of four nearby islands. He may have reached land and is now waiting for help, injured, dehydrated, or simply lost.
We cannot ignore that hope. We owe it to him to search every possible direction.
Each of these islands requires separate searches by land and sea, with logistics and permits — and we are running out of resources.
Why We Need Your Support
Time is critical.
We are organizing local volunteers, coordinating search routes, and pushing every lead — but we need funds to keep going.
Your donation will go directly toward:
• Renting boats and fuel for daily search missions
• Hiring professional divers and drone operators
• Providing food, transportation, and coordination for local search volunteers
• Translating and distributing flyers across fishing villages and hospitals
• Expanding the search to nearby islands by air and sea
