Tina's family has created this GoFundMe in a desperate attempt to find her safe. Tina suffers from bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. She frequents the Salt Lake City area and was last seen in Clearfield, Utah at the Clearfield Junction Apartments, where she was living.
Due to her mental conditions and the length of time that has passed since family has been in touch with her, we are extremely concerned for her safety. We aim to hire a Private Investigator as soon as possible due to the urgency of the situation. (Update: PI has been retained. More info below.)
Tina was last seen on August 16th, 2023, but a missing person report was not posted by the police until August 31st, 2023. Any donations will be used to retain a Private Investigator to find her. Any excess will be used to fund mental healthcare and rehabilitation.

DETAILS:
- Last seen 8/16/23 at the home of Wallace Clermont in Clearfield, Utah at the Clearfield Junction Apartments where she was living.
- Daughter Madison Lewis received a call on 8/27/23 from Tina’s phone from Wallace Clermont saying Tina left his home on August 16th and that she was possibly in danger.
- Wallace had her purse and cell phone in his possession, and she would never leave those items behind. In addition to her purse and cell phone, two duffel bags and a suitcase were left in the apartment.
- Wallace used her food card sometime after 8/16/23.
- Walt’s Service (car repair shop) on N Main St: Tina came in the week of 8/14 looking for a job.
POTENTIAL LEADS:
- The Perfect Touch Salon (Business rents their space from the apartment complex) on N Main St: Has 24-hour surveillance. Detects movement up to 5ft and captures short footage images.
- Davis County Library (Right next door to apartment Tina was last seen at) on N Main St: Has surveillance outside of all entrances and inside of building. Police are working to retrieve that surveillance. Detective Jayden Stevens from the Clearfield Police Department is over the investigation.
UPDATES:
- 9/6/23 — We have retained a Private Investigator. We will need to continue to fund this endeavor, which will likely cost about $1500 per week. We are extremely grateful for all of the support and concern we have received thus far. We are still humbly asking for financial assistance to fund this search. We are also asking for this GoFundMe and the 'Family and Friends of Tina Marie Jones Facebook Group' to be shared on social media often and as much as possible in hopes that it will spread to someone who has seen Tina.
