Help Us Fulfill Cleo Tolbert's Final memorial expenses

My name is Teonna Tolbert My family and I are going through one of the most trying times! My family and I have been trying to raise funds for my Grandpa!. His name is, Cleo Tolbert he is 73 years old he was diagnosed with a brain bleed,edema and he had a stroke as well. He was sent home on Hospice 10/04/2024 and they told us that we don't have much time left with him. The devastated that we are all feeling by the thought of losing the most Important man in our life's he is the father of the family and always kept God in all of our hearts and are not prepared for this heart break!!!! we are concerned for the high cost of his funeral expenses.
