Help Us Fund Loki's Cancerous Tumor Removal and Treatment

As many of you know, our beloved family dog Loki has been a cherished part of our lives for the past six years. For the last two years, Loki has had a bump on his leg. We regularly consulted with our vet, who assured us that as long as it didn’t grow, it wasn’t a concern.

Unfortunately, over the past month, the bump began growing rapidly. We took Loki to the vet again, where a biopsy revealed it to be a mast cell tumor (MCT). Due to its size and location, it is attached to a muscle and is difficult to remove. We have been referred to a specialist for further evaluation.

The specialist has recommended an X-ray and ultrasound to determine if the tumor has spread. This diagnostic process alone is expected to cost over $2,000, not including surgery or potential chemotherapy. The estimated cost for surgery is between $5,000 and $6,000. If chemotherapy is required, it could exceed $10,000.

We are hopeful that we can avoid chemotherapy, which is why we are aiming to raise $10,000 through this GoFundMe campaign. Your support will help cover these critical expenses and give Loki the best chance for recovery.
