Help us get a new Hot Dog Ferris Wheel

I don’t even remember when my love of hot dogs really began but I can tell you where the Ferris wheel hot dog obsession started. One of my first jobs in Park City was the turn shack at Jeremy Ranch and the first task was to load the wheel. We served the dogs by splitting them and then grilling. I probably would eat 6-8 per shift because I loved them so. Then the first year we started the shop, I found this Nostalgic Electric Ferris wheel and it lasted about 12 years. We’ve cooked countless hot dogs and have fed many. One of the best promotions we ever did was a hot dog party. We all dressed in hot dog outfits and skied around the mountain to get people to come to Silver Star for juicy jumbos. We used the Ferris wheel often and there was always a good supply of dogs for staff and customers. The old hot dog Ferris wheel died recently and we are trying to find a replacement one. Anyone who’s been in the shop knows the excitement when they see the wheel full of dogs. We’ve tried to fix the old one and have searched high and low for a replacement. This is the only Ferris wheel I can find and it’s a commercial grade so significantly more expensive.
