Help us get back on our feet and get home!

Hi, our names are Emily and Jess.

We drove to Townsville from Mount Isa for a family event last week, and as we had the car fully packed to head back home in the early hours of Sunday morning (17/11), our car was stolen, along with all of our belongings.

This included kids car seats, a double seated pram, nappy bags, wallets, handbags, multiple travel bags full of ours and our children’s clothing, kids toys, shoes, groceries, medication for my newborn, as well as a full days worth of shopping (had to make the most of Stockies of course).

So not only do we not have a way back home, we have no car, and we have no clothes for ourselves or our children as of yet.

The vehicle and our possessions have still not been found, and we are unsure if/when they will be.

At the moment, there is nothing more that we can do other than sit and wait, and be thankful to God that our kids were not yet in the car when the incident occurred.

We weren’t sure how much to set our goal for, as we don’t want to come across as greedy in any way, but we also want to aim high by faith, to be able to replace all that was stolen, and get ourselves and our kids back home safely. Anything you can give to help will be greatly appreciated.
