Help us get Grant his scooter back!!

Hi, my name is Carli and I’m creating this fundraiser for a dear friend and line dance partner. If you know or have ever met Grant, you know he’s faced adversity and has had his share of hard times. Despite all of it, he always has a smile on his face, befriends EVERYONE, encourages, supports and participates heavily within the line dance community, works hard and continues to prove that you can always overcome what difficulties come your way.

Grant has achieved one year clean recently and while away from family, he attends his NA meetings, line dances and works at Chik-Fil-A to stay on the straight path that he has. While charging his scooter at work, someone decided that his scooter was better off theirs and stole it. Seeing the devastation in his eyes brought me to create this GoFundMe campaign. While talking to him about it, all he could say was, “I just hope they needed it more than me”.

Personally, Grant has been a great friend. He’s been there for me during low times and holds space for me. If you know him, I know he’s done the same for you. Let’s help him upgrade his scooter so he doesn’t have to charge it at work and can have it locked up safely. I know his line dance community alone can make this happen. He deserves it and if he’s been there for you like he’s been there for me, I know you can donate a few dollars to help make this happen!!
