Help us give back to Eastbourne Hospital’s stroke team
Walking Hadrian’s Wall for Eastbourne Hospital’s Stroke Unit
On September 20, 2023, my dad suffered a stroke. He lost all movement in his leg and later developed drop foot. It was a terrifying time for our family, but thanks to the incredible care he received at the Eastbourne Hospital Stroke Unit, he was lucky to make a full recovery.
Now, we want to give something back.
To show our gratitude, my family and I are taking on a challenge to raise £1,000 for the Friends of Eastbourne Hospital. On March 31, 2025, we will begin walking Hadrian’s Wall to support the stroke unit. My sister and I will complete a three-day hike, while my dad and brother will continue all the way to the end, walking coast to coast from east to west.
We would love your support! Every donation, big or small, will help ensure other stroke patients receive the best care possible. If you can’t donate, sharing this page would mean the world to us.
Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity!
