My name is Janet Rivera an im the daughter of Francisco Rivera known as kato/ Nergo /frankie or frank but also known as the leader of his group that he performed the sentinel Street patrol 114 he was a community active and a black captain on A an clearfield he did a lot for the community by keeping it clean of junkies and the drugs an patrolled around the schools, making sure all children were safe and not cutting class he was known for a lot out since the 1994 maybe even for that but everyone that knew him knew way he was about an I know it’s hard rite now because it will never be the same again in A st but I just wanted to share with y’all how much he will be miss an we have a proper burial so if anyone’s can help us we gladly appreciate it anything counts thank u very much an god bless
