Help Us Give Her the Tombstone She Deserves
Hi everyone,
I’m reaching out today with a heavy heart to ask for your help in honoring the memory of my cousin, who tragically took her own life at the young age of 23. She was a new mother, a loving wife, and an incredibly kind soul. She was more like a sister to me—our bond was unbreakable, as we grew up together, just a month apart.
She was the sweetest person I knew. She had a heart of gold, always thinking of others before herself. I’ll never forget how, on many occasions, we’d go to Starbucks, and she would pay for the person behind her without hesitation. She taught me so many important life lessons—lessons about kindness, generosity, and the power of love—that I will carry with me forever.
When I first heard the devastating news of her passing, I was heartbroken. The grief was overwhelming. Her funeral was a difficult time, but our family came together to bring her back to Colton, California from Idaho, where she had lived. Thanks to the generosity of friends and family, we were able to cover many of the immediate costs during that difficult time. However, the cost of a proper tombstone was not included, and that’s where I’m hoping to ask for your support.
I want to give her a proper resting place and honor her with a beautiful headstone that reflects the loving and bright person she was. I miss her deeply, and I want to be able to visit her and see her kind face.
Any donation, big or small, would be greatly appreciated and will go directly toward covering the cost of her tombstone. If we exceed the goal, any remaining funds will be used to ensure her memory is properly honored.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your time, your support, and your donations. I wish you could have known her the way I did, as she was truly one of a kind—a loving, generous, and beautiful person inside and out.
With love and gratitude,
