Relief and Restoration for Lakewood Park
Donation protected
Dear Friends,
Since the devastating tornadoes hit Lakewood Park, Lakewood Park Church has been hard at work meeting the needs of our community. We’ve become a distribution center, providing hot meals daily and deploying essential supplies to those who cannot get out. In this time of crisis, we asked ourselves, “What would Jesus do?” And we remembered how He fed the crowd with just five loaves of bread and two fish to spare, never turning anyone away. With that same spirit of compassion and faith, we continue to serve our community.
Our focus has been twofold: stabilizing our church grounds and putting the community first. Now, we need your support to continue this mission of restoration and relief.
Any funds raised will go toward rebuilding our church and supporting the community. Your generous contributions will help in two key areas:
1. Community Relief and Restoration: We will continue to provide resources, meals, and support to restore the lives impacted by the tornadoes.
2. Rebuilding Our Church: We are committed to restoring our main building so we can continue our mission to “Make Disciples of Jesus Christ.” Our church is a beacon of hope, and with your help, it will remain a place of worship, refuge, and support.
As 2 Corinthians 9:7 reminds us, “Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.” We ask that you donate what you can, and as you pray through and feel led to help, we believe God will multiply every gift just as He multiplied the fish and loaves.
Every donation, no matter the size, brings us closer to rebuilding and restoring our community in the glory of God.
Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and prayers. Together, we can rebuild and restore Lakewood Park.
With gratitude and faith,
Lakewood Park Church
