On the evening of October 11th, tragedy struck Neidy and her family. A fire broke out in their Nutley home, damaging their home and taking the life of her father, Joseph Collar. Her mother was also harmed and is currently recovering. Neidy was not home at the time of the fire.
A GoFundMe has been made to cover her father’s funeral and rebuilding costs but we are seeking to give aid to Neidy specifically. She is a college student and has stopped working. We are hoping to raise $8,000 to cover Neidy’s tuition costs along with living expenses. We do not want her to feel financial strain as she grieves and rebuilds.
