Help us help build a bridge! Woman & kids in need

We have been helping a lovely friend who needs a bridge to her new life. Just a bridge. She is a talented, focused, and loving woman. She has left her controlling and emotionally abusive husband (and therefore her previous job) and has brought her 6- and 10-year-old children with her. Recently, through her diligence, she has found a new job in her field! She needs start-up money. She has bedroom furniture, and the rest she will be acquiring herself slowly. Child support has not arrived (pursuing through courts), and she will not see her first paycheck until she has been on the job for two weeks. A three-bedroom apartment here in NJ is very costly -- average $3000/mo. We are looking to raise at least$11,000 for this finite and not ongoing need (initial time in hotel $1000, deposit+broker fee$4300, rent 1/2 May+June $4500, food, basic household supplies, and truck to move her things $1500, bills 200 ).
